About this event

One out of five students report being bullied. Students with disabilities are 2 to 3 times more likely to be bullied than their non-disabled peers. This presentation will begin with an overview of federal and state laws and regulations, guidance from federal government, and policies about bullying, harassment, and intimidation. Participants will then learn tips and strategies to address this issue in the home, school, and community.
